MVP Feature
FEEL
Expression, movement and persistent personality.
MVP status — currently in development
A still face breaks the illusion of presence. We are developing a visual behaviour layer that keeps the character responsive during interaction — expressions, small movements and reactions that respond to the conversation.
The intended experience
- Facial expressions that respond to the flow of conversation
- Visual reactions timed to what you say
- Natural head movement rather than a locked camera pose
- Natural idle motion — subtle presence between responses
- Conversational gestures where supported
- Emotional-expression simulation matched to tone
- Synchronized visual response alongside voice output
- Responsive character behaviour across the whole session
- Persistent personality — the same character identity across sessions
These expressions and emotions are simulated — a designed layer of responsive visual behaviour, not felt emotion. We believe this honesty matters, and it shapes how we build.
