The proposed Level 1 model
- Free demo — 5 minutes after signup
- Subscription — target £18.99 for 50 minutes of interaction
- Additional usage — extra session minutes beyond the subscription
- Premium one-to-one — higher-value formats, with pricing to be validated after the MVP
£18.99 is a target price — not a validated or currently active commercial price. Final pricing will be validated through real user behaviour after the MVP.
