Our Roadmap to Interactive AI Entertainment
AIROBOTCAMSTUDIO LTD · Founder & Vision Lead: Artur-Mihail Popescu · August 2026 · 5 min read
Our roadmap has four chapters, each building on the last. Here is what each one means, and where things stand today.
Chapter 01 — AI avatar technology
Photorealistic AI characters and interactive behaviour. This is the foundation: characters that look and feel like real people on camera, with the expressiveness the experience depends on. Without believable characters, nothing later in the roadmap matters.
Status: in development.
The work covers appearance, expression quality and the behaviours that make a character feel responsive rather than replayed — the difference between a recording and a presence.
Chapter 02 — Real-time videochat MVP
Build and test the first working interactive experience: a live video conversation combining the avatar, voice, conversation, expressions, emotions and movement. The intended experience is simple — see, hear, talk, interact — and deliberately narrow in scope so it can be excellent.
Status: in development. The commercial product has not launched, and demonstrations on this website are labelled as concept material until they show working product.
Success is measured by how a session feels: timely responses, expressions that match tone, and movement that stays natural throughout.
Chapter 03 — Commercial platform
Launch, user acquisition, subscriptions and premium experiences. The potential revenue models we are exploring include subscriptions, premium interactive experiences, live AI entertainment, premium AI characters and future business-to-business opportunities.
These are potential future models only. AIROBOTCAMSTUDIO LTD does not currently generate revenue and has no customers. Status: future.
Each of those models depends on the same thing: an MVP that people genuinely want to return to. That dependency is why chapter two gets the engineering focus today.
Chapter 04 — Humanoid AI
Extend the AI characters and intelligence into physical humanoid robots. This is the long-term vision — deliberately last, and clearly separated from the product in development today. Status: long-term vision.
We include it openly because it shapes how we design characters today: as identities built to last, not interfaces built to be replaced.
Why four chapters, not one launch
Sequencing is a form of honesty. The avatar technology must be convincing before the MVP can be; the MVP must work before a commercial platform makes sense; and the platform must succeed before humanoid ambitions deserve serious investment. Each chapter removes risk from the next.
It also keeps our public statements easy to check: four chapters, four statuses, all visible on the roadmap section of this site.
How to read this roadmap
Each chapter has an honest status, and we will keep those statuses accurate as work progresses. The progression — AI characters, real-time interaction, commercial platform, humanoid AI — is not a marketing timeline; it is the order in which the capabilities genuinely depend on each other.
When something moves from 'in development' to 'built', you will read it here first, in plain language.
Roadmaps are easy to draw and hard to keep. Ours is short enough to keep honestly.
